We impress upon all our agents that when serving or attempting to serve documents always consider that the defendants or respondents are to be treated with respect and discretion.
When we attempt or serve documents, a basic field call is undertaken. We believe all information gathered is important to substantiate a service or for future reference. In many instances we have reduced the cost of service due to our extensive database.
Our turn-a round on average is 4.8 days. We monitor our turn-a-round from the day we receive document to the day they are served/completed at the end of every month.
