The program allows all users [Client, agent and administration] to have access to their files. A client will have access to their files and will be able to see all actions that have taken place. A client is totally aware of all activities on the job file and is able to add further instructions or add additional information.

Every time the file is accessed it is automatically placed on the audit report. Agents will be able to immediately access their files and place on notes results of a service call. The MercPro program will automatically produce an attempt affidavit and or an affidavit of service.
