LOCK CHANGES
ESDA is well experienced in attending at a designated security property for the purpose of changing external door locks. We have had a long and successful association with various banks and other financial institutions who have required our services in this area.We also arrange when required; furniture removal and storage, glazier, removal of rubbish, security system, erection of fences, on site surveliance.
Upon receipt of your instructions we thereafter contact a locksmith and arrange a time to meet at the address. The door locks to the premises are changed and the new set of keys will immediately be delivered to an address of your choice.
We have also being dealing with the Sheriff's office for many years now. When the occasion arises we can attend with an officer and oversee an eviction, follow on with the lock change and then take possession of the property on our client's behalf. We are able to provide this service throughout the state of Victoria. All our agents follow our current procedures and standards manual. (Copy of this manual can be forwarded upon request)
ESDA will provide you with a very comprehensive computer generated report which will detail the overall condition of the premises both inside and out. In addition to this report we can take a series of photographs and forward them on along with our report (at your discretion).
Our services also cover attending at an address to establish whether a property has been vacated after the issue of Section 76 notices. If a borrower, or any other resident, is found present they will be instructed to contact the necessary party as a matter of urgency.
