All staff are trained in all aspects of the services provided. Our field operators are all licenced agents. We stress that every debtor or person, interviewed or document served, are to be treated with respect. I am proud to state that we have never even been queried, as to the legality of our actions.

We are totally computerised and have access not only to external search programs, but also our own internal searches which are extensive.
