FIELD CALLS
Field calls are the basic and most important step to either resolve the problem or determine what the next step will be.
Our objective when we attend an address and interview a debtor is to gain as much information as possible in a discrete manner. Our intention is to complete the field call in every detail but as we are all aware it is not always the outcome.
Basic field call: Includes verification and correct spelling of all names. Age of person being interviewed, date of birth, address and future contacts, occupation, colour hair, approximate height, approximate weight, colour of eyes, any distinguish features, accommodation (number of bedrooms, construction of house, B/V, W/B or other, size of house, condition of home, approximate value) and car or other assets (registration, type, colour, make, condition).
To assess and complete financial and personal statement: Includes basic field call plus third party details of accident, DSS reference, liability, insurer, third party vehicle, insurance details, marital status, prospects of paying and summary. |
