Integrity of Information
ESDA believes it is important for our clients to feel comfortable with the transfer of sensitive account information to our organisation. The information you supply to us is maintained independently in our database and there is no external linkage to threaten its integrity.

Recording and Reporting
Our computer system produces a comprehensive statement at the end of each month which clearly indicates the source of recovered funds and the costs related to these recoveries. Similarly all activities undertaken on behalf of a client are recorded on the statement and provide sufficient information for clients to easily reconcile their account.
